Overhead Basic School Graduation

Enertouch Inc. dba Franklin Energy Contract Ratified

On October 16, 2025, employees met at the Local 15 office to hear details of the negotiated changes to the Enertouch Inc. dba Franklin Energy CBA. Clerical Business Representative, Fabian Vela led the discussion in detailing the proposal to members. Overhead Basic School Mock Storm Restoration at JTC

On Friday, October 10th, Joliet Training Center held a Mock Storm event for the Overhead apprentices in Basic School. The students were tasked with replacing broken poles, repairing down wire and other outage restoration tasks. The demos at JTC, led by Bob Muhich, did a great job creating a storm like event in the JTC training yard.
