NLRB makes Ruling on SRO Organizing

On June 17, 2026, the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) Regional Director issued a significant decision regarding Senior Reactor Operators (SROs) and Initial License Trainees (ILT Trainees).

The Regional Director has directed that an election be conducted and eligible SROs and ILT Trainees will vote on whether to join the existing bargaining unit represented by IBEW Local 15.

The election details (time/date/location) have not yet been determined and will be decided in the near future.

This decision is an important milestone, and we look forward to supporting SROs and ILT Trainees as they move forward in the election process.
