We’re thrilled to welcome Stitch Me, LLC employees to IBEW Local 15!
Located in Chicago, Stitch Me, LLC is a small printing and branding company specializing in custom-branded apparel and promotional items.
On Wednesday, October 1st, 2025, Senior Assistant Business Managers Mike Freeman and Jim Collins, along with Business Representative Lisa Sims, met with the Stitch Me, LLC team to present the highlights of their newly negotiated Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
Following a productive Q&A session, the team at Stitch Me, LLC voted unanimously to ratify the agreement—officially becoming a union shop and joining six other companies currently represented by IBEW Local 15.
The path to unionization began in July of 2024, when Stitch Me, LLC voluntarily recognized IBEW Local 15 as the exclusive bargaining representative for employees in the production and customer service units. After a 45-day posting period required by the NLRB, negotiations commenced, resulting in a strong and forward-looking contract.
The new agreement includes:
Guaranteed annual wage increases
Annual bonuses
Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays
Paid parental leave
These benefits reflect Local 15’s commitment to securing fair compensation and workplace protection for its members.
We’re excited to support Stitch Me, LLC’s growth and ensure their team enjoys the full benefits of union representation.
