Contract Review Team

On July 20th and 21th, eighteen Local 15 members gathered at our Downers Grove office to participate in our pre-negotiations contract review initiative.
Working in two teams over the course of two days, these dedicated members reviewed more than 40 collective bargaining agreements from across the United States. Their objective was to identify valuable contractual language, wage provisions, and benefit enhancements that could help strengthen proposals for our upcoming negotiations.
The teams carefully analyzed each agreement and compiled their findings into detailed Excel spreadsheets that had been prepared in advance. This extensive research effort resulted in a wealth of information that will serve as an important resource for our negotiating committee as we prepare for the bargaining process.
Senior Assistant Business Managers Mike Freeman and Jim Collins coordinated and led the project, with President Chris Riser providing oversight and guidance throughout the review process.
The commitment, professionalism, and expertise demonstrated by these members made the initiative a tremendous success and provided our negotiating team with critical information as we move toward negotiations.
