Congratulations Brendan Crowley

On August 19th, the Local 15 Executive Board held their monthly meeting. The Vacant Treasurer Position needed to be filled. The Executive Board received 20 applicants for the position. Thank you to every Local 15 member who applied for the position. After reviewing the applications and discussing the candidates, the E-Board voted to appoint Brendan Crowley as the IBEW Local 15 Treasurer.

Brendan started with ComEd back in March of 2014 as a meter reader. In 2016 he was an installer for AMI for close to a year and then joined SSG for 4 years. He joined Heavy Hauling in April of 2021 and became a Crane Operator in April of 2026.

Currently Brendan is a Chief Steward for Tech Center and was also a steward for SSG and T7D Logistics in the past. He was a BAPP Facilitator for Southern Region and an Election Observer for Local 15 in the 2019 election. He was a member of the contract review committee in 2026 and graduated University of Illinois Arbitration School in December of 2024.

Brendan has a Bachelor's Degree from Benedictine University in Social Science with a concentration in Criminal Justice. He lives in Saint John with his wife Nina, happily with their daughters Lorelai & Leah. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, going to concerts with friends, watching football, and building computers.
