Meet Local 15 Stewards

Updated: Apr 16

Jim Chiappetta

Chief Steward Jim “Chip” Chiappetta started with Constellation at LaSalle Station in 1990 as a Station Laborer, promoted to an Equipment Operator in 1994. Chip first became the Ops Steward in 2011 - 2013. After a stint in Initial Licensee Training, he picked up being Steward once again in 2015 until 2021 when he became a Chief Steward. Chip attended the nuclear conference in 2011 and again in 2015.

Chip and Cyndie have been married for 24 years and live in Channahon Illinois. Together, they have 2 beautiful and creatively talented daughters, Megan (23), who graduated from Michigan’s Grand Valley State where she majored in environmental sustainability and minored in anthropology, and Taylor (18), who is currently attending Iowa State for apparel design and merchandising. Chip’s daughters both excelled in school and sports, most notably girls’ golf at Minooka High School where they each were all conference; Megan was first place in her conference her sophomore year, and Taylor made a “hole in one” her senior year during a tournament at Midlothian’s Country Club.

Outside of work, some of Chip’s favorite things to do are cycling, hiking with his dog, and traveling with his family and their friends.  Thank you Chip for your service to Local 15.

Anthony Trentadue

My name is Anthony Trentadue and I am currently the Chief Steward out of North Region. I have been at the Company since 2013 and have been a steward in various departments including the Call Center, Commercial Center, and now C&M and New Business for North Region. I am also the Unit Chair for the Northern Region Unit meeting held in Gurnee. Please come out to your unit meeting and have YOUR voice heard.  Me and my lovely wife Natalie have been married for 3 years and have a son, Vito, who just turned one in January. While I have been very busy with the new addition to our family, in my free time I enjoy motorcycle riding solo or with a group. Always looking for more people to ride with, so if you’d like to meet up, reach out and let’s ride! Thank you, Anthony, for your service to Local 15.

Brad Kilver

Brad started at Kincaid Station in 2017. He has progressed through the operations jobs at Kincaid and was promoted to Control Room Operator in 2023. Brad has been a Local 15 Steward from August 2020 to the present time. Brad enjoys his time off work hunting, riding through the country in his side by side with his wife of 32 years and also riding his Harley. Thank you, Brad, for your service to Local 15.
