On February 21-25, 2022, IBEW Local 15 sent Business Representatives Mark Shaulis, Jim Collins, Brian Daniels and Mike Keating to IBEW Organizer Boot Camp in Madison, Wisconsin. The pro-gram brought together 50 organizers from the Midwest. The intensive program provides a full training for new organizers, including labor history, labor law for organizers, communication skills, research, and campaign planning.
