On August 9th, the tentative agreement between IBEW Local 15 and Kincaid Generation, LLC, was ratified by the membership at Kincaid Station. There were four different roll-outs performed on the tentative agreement, with votes following a presentation by Local 15 President/Business Manager Chris Riser, Vice President Ben Busser and Business Representative Brian Daniels. The new agreement will be in place from September 1st, 2023 to September 1st, 2028.
The votes were counted by Local 15 members in the Control Room after the 6pm roll-out and vote session.
