Enertouch Inc. dba Franklin Energy Contract Ratified

On October 16, 2025, employees met at the Local 15 office to hear details of the negotiated changes to the Enertouch Inc. dba Franklin Energy CBA.

Clerical Business Representative, Fabian Vela led the discussion in detailing the proposal to members. Chris Riser, President and Business Manager and Michael Freeman, Sr. Assistant Business Manager/ Clerical Business Representative also addressed the group.

After the rollout, members unanimously voted yes, ratifying the new 3-year contract.

Highlights of the New contract include:

·       3.5% raise increases over the next 3 years.

·       Increase in recall rights to 24 months.

·       Increase in holidays from 5 paid days to 10 paid days.

·       Veterans Day paid holiday for employees with documented military service time.

·       $30 monthly stipend for use of personal cell phone for company purposes.

·       Increase in paid time off (PTO) based on years of service with the option to carryover 60 hours to the following year.

·       40 hours of sick time captured in contract.

·       Bereavement increased from 3 paid days to 7 paid days.
