Constellation Contract Preparations

On Monday, May 11, Local 15 hosted a contract preparation meeting with nuclear Chief Stewards Forrest Helfrich, Robb Reynolds, Sam Cato, Tony Taylor, Brian Hale, Nick Creen, Mario Lopez, Stan Bush, Sherry Wolf, and Scott Ragan.
The meeting was opened by Vice President Ben Busser, Assistant Business Manager Brian Daniels, and Business Representatives John Richards and Brad Gritt. Topics included a discussion of issues raised during recent departmental meetings, a review of Constellation contract survey results, and an overview of other nuclear plant contracts. Each Chief Steward reviewed separate nuclear contracts from other locals, focusing on contract language, benefit provisions, and wages. Each Chief Steward provided summaries to the group to support upcoming negotiations.
