        The foundation of any great organization is the people who belong to it. IBEW Local 15
   subscribes to this theory, and is proud to have 45 Bargaining Unit Employees from the Lemont
   Nursing and Rehabilitation Center be part of the successful core of our union. Lemont Center is
   located at 12450 Walker Road in Lemont, Illinois. Our Bargaining Unit Employees provide
   quality care to approximately 158 residents there.
